Pine Creek Cabin Policy

  • A 50% (of total) credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.
    The balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
    American Express and Discover.
  • Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date require
    full payment at the time of booking.
  • Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notice is received 30 days
    or more days prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will result in the
    refund of deposit only if the cabin can be re-rented.
  • A $50 handing fee applies to any cancellation.
  • Cabins are rented on a housekeeping basis, so daily maid service
    is not provided.
  • Check-In Time is 3:00 pm – Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.
  • We furnish designated areas for smoking.
  • Pets are allowed with APPROVAL of Management.
  • All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change at any time.
