Policies


A 50% (of total) credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notice is received 30 days or more days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will result in the refund of deposit only if the cabin can be re-rented.

A $50 handing fee applies to any cancellation.
A $200 Damage Deposit per cabin is required upon check-in.

Cabins are rented on a housekeeping basis, so daily maid service is not provided.

Check-In Time is 3:00 pm & Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.

We furnish designated areas for smoking.

Pets are allowed with APPROVAL of Management.
