- A 50% (of total) credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
- Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date require
full payment at the time of booking.
- Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notice is received 30 days
or more days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will result in the
refund of deposit only if the cabin can be re-rented.
- A $50 handing fee applies to any cancellation.
- Cabins are rented on a housekeeping basis, so daily maid service
is not provided.
- Check-In Time is 3:00 pm – Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.
- We furnish designated areas for smoking.
- Pets are allowed with APPROVAL of Management.
- All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change at any time.
